I think the answer is to look at it this way ....

Damages are not 'how much has SEO made', it is 'how much has BPRG lost'

The answer is simple, bugger all !!!!

How do I come to this conclusion ?

SEO have been R&D'ing the technology since BPRG came to them 6 years ago, and they don't have a commercial deal for it yet, so what makes BPRG think they would have progressed it any faster, to the point of a commercial deal, especially when they did NOTHING in the way of R&D themselves for the past 6 years !!!!

Minimal damages will be awarded, as someone mentioned '£1' before, and that seems appropriate.
