........no 1 has logically quantified and substantiated those on this thread with robust logic. The court orders/ claim papers are a good guide.
Patent 1 WILL be challenged and may well be invalid, time will tell.
As 4 lidding, it works, it does what it says on the tin and someone will be a first adopter................they'll all follow the leader:-)
It wouldn't surprise me if seo and others brought seperate action with the evidence supplied (and others would happily confirm and supply) against a certain connected person/shaddow director poster. Posts indicate a level of knowledge which when fully investigated could well lead to a nice new year conviction to add to the already blemished record.
