How will Stanelco pay the CC costs ? depends how much they are ....
If they are easily paid from current reserves, without risking the financial position of the company, then that's fine, they just pay up.
If the costs are more than that, they will ask the court for 'time to pay', and the court will oblige, as they are not in the business of making companies bankrupt. The amount of 'time to pay' will be assesed by the court(more delay here :))) ), once Stanelco have provided financial statements, and projected cash flow, and if the figure is high, the 'time to pay' could run into many years, as there cannot be much projected cash flow from tray lidding, other than the Reiser deal, until other deals are signed, and with SEO not being a profit making company yet, the court will rather have Stanelco pay over 10 years, than force them into big trouble by making them pay now.
