Ramrod3 - Fri, 31 Dec 04 :
I can't help smiling at some of the purile postings by
BPRG'rs on this thread. The fact that you are all on here
just confirms that deep down, you are all very nervous that your investments
in BPRG may not be as secure as you would all have us think. You're
certainly not all here for the altruistic benefit of SEO holders!
RaynerN thinks that SEO holders are all going to be scared
when they see the size of BPRG's damages claim. WRONG. We are all expecting a ludicrously high claim, and if you think that BPRG will be awarded anything like £15m, you are sadly deluded.
Locoquille refers to SEO stealing BPRG patents. WRONG!. BPRG patented nothing ( which says it all really ), SEO took the inventive concept and patented it themselves. Why didn't BPRG file the patent? They had plenty of opportunity. BPRG management not as on the ball as you would have us think eh?
And if either of you had been at the first day of the original hearing,
you would both know that it was patently obvious ( pun intended ) that Ed Novak didn't have the idea of using RF sealing himself, it was someone else. So for Ed Novak to claim the core inventive concept for BPRG, is disingenuous to say the least.
Are you BPRG'rs not in the least bit nervous about SEO fighting the validity
of Patent Family 1 in the Patents Court?. Just because Judge Floyd refused to admit the new evidence into the current cc, doesn't mean that the new evidence is not relevant to the validity of the patent.
And if patent Family 1 is destroyed by a 1963 patent, SEO will be free to utilise patent families 2 and 3. ( i.e, they will not be beholden to the owners of the 1963 Patent because of the 20 year rule ). That does of course leave BPRG free to use the RF sealing concept for themselves, ( as far as capsules are concerned ), but without the technology to utilise that concept, they are stuffed.
I don't know enough about BPRG's business to know how that will effect them.
But I have a strong feeling it will, because these BPRG posters wouldn't be so desperately concerned about the outcome of the cc, if it didn't.
All the above explains why some BPRG posters are so concerned about SEO's financial status. Because SEO going out of business is just about their only hope. Again, if you BPRG'rs think for one second that SEO are going out of business, then you are even more sadly deluded. That's why so many of you are over here desperately trying to influence the share price.
PM1, Red Dog, Gmanhi et al, keep up the good work.
