The Dawn Group, established in Waterford, Republic of Ireland in 1980, is today one of Europe's leading food processing companies.

The Group slaughters 500,000 cattle and 1,500,000 lamb per year, from which it produces 200,000 tonnes of added value meat products, including 55,000 tonnes of consumer packs which are delivered daily to Europe's leading retail outlets.

Dawn operates technically advanced slaughter, de-boning, shelf-ready retail packing and cooking facilities strategically placed throughout Europe. With regards to its range of consumer and convenience products the Dawn Group operates an efficient new product development department in a number of it's value-added food operations that produce convenience, burger, speciality and cooked foods.

Our retail packing plants are located throughout Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales and produce shelf ready retail packs of all species for the Irish and UK multiples for daily delivery.
