it is my understanding that Reisner in the USA where trials were announced some months ago, is a totally seperate company from ASDA where trials were only recently announced? You seem to put both companies' trials together?
The sale to a family member does bother me as it would enable the son to dispose of any shares (post results) without a RNS announcement I believe.
What any negative posters seem to avoid, is
IF the trials on tray lidding are a success,
IF they are proven to save grocers / packagers money,
IF they really are recycleable and better for the envoironment,
I would expect the big grocers /packagers to come up with a deal to ensure the product is rolled out.
Most of the negative posters seem to discount the need for the SEO product from the end-users perspective. Yes, a weakened SEO will allow them to drive a harder bargain, but the product will still generate massive revenues for SEO
Nervous times ahead, but this is not a share for the faint-hearted.
