Sorry but imo you are wrong, and also it appears to me that bprg retail shareholders got well and truely stuffed.

Retail US and others who did not qualify plus directors were taken up by institutions and others. Now these investors will have be clamering allover themselves to in efectively stag this situation, in an orderly manner of course. A lot of these type of investors are not shy of either making a quick buck or buying to hold at a greater discount than the masses.

Now imo the worse thing that could have happened has happened, a lot of recent bprg buyers have bought on the back of news expected before year end, and a lot bprg bb posters encouraged this. And what has really happened is a distribution proccess where the hype has helped the institutions and others to sell on for a quick profit. I believe the word on the bprg board was that cstl were short, and they could not hold the price down if people bought (more)

Of course bprg may surprise and become a great success and you may then be able to say that the privliged quick buck merchants were wrong, but these guys
know how to manage risk, and to them it was as near as damm it a free opp to scalp a few bucks. And they may well still hold some, but it will be at an average price that is a lot cheaper than most bprg holders, and they won't be overweight in bprg like i suspect a lot of retail investors will be who have imo been wrongly encourged to do so, carrying a lot of risk.

So to conclude, how many would you have asked for if allowed? and would you have sold some of that positon down (once your allocation known) either giving you a big fat profit in a very short period, or maybe left holding some bprg at nil cost. IMO retail will never beat the city in situations like this.
