I can hear what your saying but my maths goes like this...
90% were offered and bought 55% of the offer
10% were offered and bought 0% of the offer
So it's blatantly big shareholders who copped out (1 for 6 ?) and they are the one's with the most to win or lose. ie 500,000 shares at 50p then think about the price in 12 months time and it could be + or - 50% which is a big chunk of £250,000 and they said no .... what does that tell you ?
