I am not drawing any conclusions from the following but post in the interest of truth.
Although nearly half those eligible to participate in the placing failed to take up their allocations ( because some of them were otherwise distracted by Christmas?)- nevertheless as I posted just now on BPRG:
"an institution which applied for shares in the placing told me today that they had been allotted 22.5% of their application. This scaling down of the requirement is surely uniform and suggests an excess demand of 344% for the shares freed by shareholders not taking up their allocations. I hope that this deduction/assumption is correct? "
