Poorold is so naive. You must be in cloud cuckoo land, if you believe you can get before a court in less than 18 months. With the Woolf reforms you have a cooling off period of 6 months, when you are supposed to negotiate a settlement, then you are listed which these days is about 15 months.
There appear to be quite a few favourable mentions in the Newspapers these days, and of course the fact that Stanelco has diversified into a broader range of products not connected with the pharma industry means that these products can be brought to market quicker.
It's going to be a year at least before BPRG can produce any capsule film from their factory and another 6 months before they get clearance.
Hopefully, both companies will succeed in their own way, and I believe that we shall see a new burst of interest in January, when fund managers will have more play money.
