Well as a BPRG supporter I strongly believe they will win the court case for all the reasons that have been outlined before. However, as a SEO watcher I also agree that the fibre-optics industry is making a come-back and I've always thought SEO looked interesting as a recovery play from that perspective. However, clearly shortterm movements in the share price are going to be driven by any deal with Sainsbury and the prospects for further deals with others. I hear what some people are saying - but I'm not entirely convinced that BPRGs claims extend beyond pharma capsules into packaging so SEO may be onto a winner if its true. Having said that there is still sufficient doubt in my mind not to invest. I'm also not sure I agree with "If SEO were in the wrong they would have made a deal with BPRG by now". Surely that would just put prospective packaging deals at risk. Far better to delay and leave it to just before the court case.
