As i've read the court transcript(have you even looked at it?) I have a pretty good idea how the case is going to end, the damages are going to be huge but since SEO or the house broker have never recognised this it's not in the price yet.

ps 2005 was rather a good year for me, didn't start too brightly but ended in a "very" profitable conclusion, I now have more BPRG shares than i'd ever have had were it not for the Tampa problems.
pps I'm predicting BPRG to end next year at circa £3 per share.
