hambi i suggest you speak to the seo directors because they are 100% confident that the prior art will win them the case and thats why they have zero interest in a settlement with bprg
Why did they have an interest in a settlement a couple of months ago, then? What's changed?
bprg on the other hand have cost their shareholders a fortune in expensive lawyers fees and have delivered nothing in return let alone anything from their over ramped portfolio(joke !) of ip
You would of course know -- informed as you are -- that bprg's legal expenses are insured. Pity seo's aren't, isn't it. What do you s'pose they've run up to so far?
there wont be any serious questioning of seo's methods when they win the case because bprg could easily have seen the idea they are claiming is theirs from the introduction to a book from 40 years ago
Think you have your facts a little mixed up. It was Draisey, I believe, who looked to an old textbook to "discover" how to make the weld. Either that or he had a flash of insight somewhere in Egypt or thereabouts. But maybe that was to do with something else. Hard to keep it all cleaer, isn't it?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Do you reeeeeeeeeally think anyone believes what you post, CF3? You sound a little frazzled and not very convincing to me.
