I was copying the Circular to Shareholders and Notice of EGM. It was dated 5 August. Being an "official" type document its contents were presumably checked.
Indeed I remember Philip Lovegrove saying over coffee after the EGM the first 5 pages (RISK FACTORS) cost them £200,000 in legal fees (to be honest I cannot remember the exact amount but that has a ring in the depths of my mind). With that necessary care for accuracy required I would think they would have made pretty sure the rest was bang-on - including the first paragraph I retyped earlier today/yesterday.
I am not having an argument with anyone or you over this. We do seem to have had similar approaches to things in the past so I have responded here. :-))
