Legal Terms :- Exclusive agreement is a legally binding contract.
On the 24Mar05 Stanelco gave ASDA a 12month exclusivity period to roll
out the Greenseal Technology under the Terms of the Contract.
The terms of the contract would have been that ASDA needs to have
atleast 3 trials with its suppliers for a period of 2 week - 4weeks. If
the trials are successful then the exclusive agreement is legal and
binding from the day this was signed. i.e 24Mar05. and not from the day
the trials ended or was successful.
The terms of the contract would have been that ASDA has agreed to a
conditional agreement if the 3 trials are successful and will be binding
from the 24Mar05.
e.g Conditional - acceptance is conditional on the happening of
something, such as " I accept your offer so long as you trim my tree in
the next two days. " By its terms, a conditional acceptance is a
counter-offer.

first stage of full-scale production trials with Youngs Bluecrest has
now been completed. For a two-week period fresh salmon has been sold

with G Mondini Spa, a world leading manufacturer of tray lidding
machines, to jointly develop a purpose built 'RF' tray lidding machine

Stanelco, the radio frequency (RF) company, is pleased to announce the
stability results of the third and final commercial trial with a third
supplier to ASDA have been received. The results showed that Stanelco's
GREENSEAL technology performed consistently better than the current heat
sealing methodology during the trial. This now concludes the trialing
requirements under Stanelco's contract with ASDA. The 12 month
exclusivity period with ASDA has therefore now formally commenced and
the roll out of GREENSEAL technology under the terms of the contract
will follow.
