If you check back you will find that I said the same thing months ago , and when I had him checked out , the answer was - " NO - He doesn`t " !
Extending this "test" will require Main Board authority , Ruane is not Main Board , he will have to present his case to the Board ; and the numbers had better look stunning , because margins are getting ever tighter in this industry.
