Grant of Options

SRS Technology Group plc announces that on 21st December 2005, options have
been granted under the Company's EMI Scheme to executive directors as follows:

JM Kendall 1,000,000 1,100,000


Options granted to other staff totalled 1,700,000, giving the total granted on
this occasion of 6,600,000, representing 4.0 per cent. of the current issued
share capital of the Company.

The options are exercisable from 21 December 2008 to 20 December 2015 at a
price of 1.575p, being the mid market price at the close of trading on
20 December 2005. Exercise of these options is subject to achievement of the
performance criteria as set out in the EMI scheme.
