Click on the below page, and when the it eventually becomes displayed enter, in "10" in the 1st MA box and hit enter and then "30" in the second box and again hit enter.Up will appear, on the screen, the lines of the trends. Click on Bollinger and on the same screen "green bands" will appear, that's them.
There's a good "help" page that explains it all as well. Make sure you "minimise" it. So it's there at the click of a button to check that what you're seeing is as good as what you first thought you read.
