Dynasty Gaming Inc. - Engages Alliance Advisors, LLC

MONTREAL, Dec. 30 /CNW Telbec/ - Dynasty Gaming Inc. (TSX-V: DNY - News) today announced that it has engaged Alliance Advisors, LLC, an affiliate of Hayden Communications, Inc. to implement a comprehensive investor relations program for the corporation.

Alliance currently serves a broad range of public company clients. For Dynasty Gaming, Alliance will provide an enhanced channel of communications between the corporation and its investors. Alliance will develop, implement, and maintain an ongoing stock market support system for DNY with the general objective of expanding awareness in DNY among stockbrokers, analysts, micro-cap portfolio/fund managers, market makers, and the appropriate financial & trade publications. Alliance shall provide advice to DNY about the financial marketplace, competitors, business acquisitions and other aspects of or concerning the Company's business about which Alliance has knowledge or expertise. Activities will include road shows with presentations to institutional and professional investors, the building and management of an investor database, increased information distributions, proactive investor liaison and an ongoing assessment of market perceptions.

In consideration of the services to be provided, the Company has agreed to pay a monthly retainer of $7,500.00 U.S. for a six-month contract beginning December 31, 2005. In addition, Alliance will receive 200,000 options to acquire common shares of DNY at an exercise price of $0.50 per share.

DNY has recently announced the closing of a private placement for gross proceeds of $5.25 million Canadian. Dynasty Gaming has 76,834,115 common shares, which trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "DNY".
