cmlsmith - I am not convinced at all by your view that SCR have been slow. Compare directly the amount of engineering work that SCR and GGG have done on their first year or eighteen months since listing (and the amounts expended) and I think you will find very little to base a case upon that one has been faster than the other. GGG have driven more adits, SCR have drilled more metres.
What we do not question is that SCR were over-ambitious in stating what they hoped to achieve in a given time. That is not the same as saying, though, that they have not achieved a comparable amount of engineering. Look at the figures, and dispute this with me if you wish.
You are right that GGG have made more regular statements to the market of their drilling results - specifically at Snow Mountain - although I am not sure that they have announced the results of more holes. I'd be quite interested to know what you have made of them, over and above the repeated statement that you think it's a good thing to make announcements. I could find little commentary on the GGG thread regarding the indicative quality of recent GGG drilling results beyond the view that it was a wonderful thing that they were releasing them. I'm not very convinced that any of us are in a good position to make much judgement of individual assays without a knowledge of how they are contributing to the developing picture of a resource estimate. I will say, though, that regularity will not count above quality in the long run.
My belief is that SCR have not released results that they would consider to give only a random indication of resource distribution. We will know soon enough whether that belief has any substance. We will also know soon, I believe, what progress GGG is making in developing its resource estimate (which is also delayed, of course. Frankly, do you wonder that I have lost respect for your views when you continue to remind us of SCR delays whilst making no mention of GGG delays?).
As for SCR's 'PR' in terms of references to the Zhunuo project - don't be silly, as you very well know the papers picked up on GGG's equivalent development with the Nimu project (auto-journalism from scanning RNSs, I think, and nothing to do with company PR!)
