Why wouldn't a potential buyer just wait for SCR to:-
- prove they have an economically viable deposit of Moly,
- raise funds to produce a few reports ie pre feasability study
- raise funds and develop the infrastructure, plant etc
...before diving in today and accepting the uncertainty about economic viability and the time and dilution involved in getting to production?
Why not just wait a year or two? Even if the SRK people point SCR towards being able to get accurate assays, it will take time to get a JORC and that is just the first step towards production, which was I think supposed to be happening now!
