HOLDING IN THE COMPANY
The Company was notified on 20 December 2006 that, as of that date, Banca Akros
S.p.A. hold 2,415,254 Ordinary Shares (the "Shares") in the Company,
representing 3.32% of the issued share capital of the Company, for its own
account. Banca Akros has not entered into any agreement or arrangement relating
to the exercise of any voting rights applying to the Shares.
