As far as I can see from that RNS the money has yet to be actually drawn - it is a failsafe. I am sure fees will have been incurred for the arrangement but am sure interest will only be incurred if and as the money is drawn down.
This arrangement says nothing IMO about the likelihood or not of the injectables providing an immediate cash filip.
Mr. Condella is clearly a businessman of the cautious variety and is continuing to make sure any ends within his power are tied up. Since he took on this very, very tough job 10 months ago he has not failed.
Bottom-line for me is (regardless of my friend ali) this was a de-risking exercise.
