All true Alex, but sadly we've been in this exact situation how many times before ? It bothers me that that haven't managed to sell/close/break-up the incredibles in well over 6 months, and not knowing whether these talks are 'exclusive' because they are really close to the deal, or because there was only one interested party makes me even more unsettled. It's true that these things could come to a positive conclusion, but frankly I'm not holding my breath. The only certainty is that there is now more debt to service.
