If they make a good acquisition with the $80-$100 million that they're raising with the PP, then the dilution won't matter. It looks like the Barrick/Placer Dome deal is still in play based on today's new reports about the warming up of relations between the two companies. If that's the case...
SLW (through Goldcorp's deal with Barrick) could end up with Placer's 50% share of the La Coipa silver mine in Chile. 50% of the 2005 production is projected at 3.1 million oz. of silver (Placer's share of total reserves is 32,480,000 oz.).
By the way, since Oct. 7, 2005, SLW.WT has traded about 38.6 million units at or above 46 cents and that includes the 30 million warrants that Zinkgruvan sold at 46 cents, so we seem to have a pretty good base supporting the warrant price.

... and should the Silver ETF be approved. Look out. Irregardless, Barclays and other cos will look to list ETFs elsewhere should the SEC reject its listing... silver will outperform gold eventually and poor man's gold may become the better of the two ...
