UPDATE ON POLSKI GRADETS PERMIT, BULGARIA

Cambridge Mineral Resources plc ("CMR" or the "Company"), the mining exploration
and production company, is pleased to provide an update on exploration
activities completed during the year on the Polski Gradets exploration permit in
Bulgaria.

The Polski Gradets permit forms part of a joint venture with Asia Gold Corp
("Asia Gold") (ASG: TSX-V) which is farming into four of the Bulgarian licences
held by CMR. Asia Gold has purchased the Bulgarian joint venture interest from
Ivanhoe Mines Limited. Further details on the terms of the farm-in are set out
below.

Mineralization at Vladimirovo on the Polski Gradets Permit was discovered by CMR
geologists in 2003. The gold mineralization, which has returned float samples
containing up to 300 g/t Au but generally averages 1-5 g/t Au occurs within
silicified and hydrothermally decalcified Triassic meta-sediments and exhibits
stratabound controls to occurring within a 60-100m thick sequence of dolomites
and impure marbles. The gold mineralization, which also contains anomalous
levels of arsenic, silver and antimony is believed by CMR geologists to have
similarities to Carlin-type gold deposits....
