As I reported in my AGM statement, we put on hold our discussions with
prospective third-party litigation partners after Google re-opened discussions
with us in June this year.

We then heard nothing further from Google so these discussions were re-opened.

Subsequently Google have again resumed discussions but these will now be
conducted in parallel with our legal options. Progress will be reported in due
course.
