The Pace future is indeed uncertain.... BUT.....if they can coax the right management to take up the helm....With digital everything over the next few years..New TV's will have to have similar functionality to a STB built in, to make them competetive, and to tempt people into replacing their current set..

So..Pace having already established a beachhead will benefit....if they can sell the technology into the likes of Sony, Toshiba, NEC, Panasonic, Matsushita, Sanyo..etc etc....

All that matters is that the markets don't get much worse early on next year.
