You are indeed right - elevation of sue was based on a quality post which i assumed was characteristic of her posts. Clearly since it has transpired she knows very little. In the same post (4642) to which you refer, after elevating her I added

''however, in order to sustain that she will have to back up her posts with qualitiative and quantitative analysis, not just generic comments, as well as proving an understanding of the wider markets in general''

Clearly she has not and thus effective immediately, I have demoted her to basic numpty status, such that she is able to mix with those she accuses.

Hope that leaves you reassured that retaining non numpty status is not easily done.
