I do not have an average cash burn figure for recent months but thank you for the question - It prompted me to ask the FD for an update which I have now done.

It is hard to say if the operating loss hasd been improved upon without being privy to financials. However, using an educated guess I would say so for the following reasons -

1 - Sales for the TR game are not accounted for. 30,000 units were made and placed on sale in November. All 30,000 were taken by the distributor - I do not know if more have been made since, we will learn during the January trading statement were world wide sales will be announced. Costs for development etc have however been accounted for in the recent interim

2 - Remaining payments from the Radica deal will be accounted for in the financials

3 - Additional "Bubble" sales may become apparent, to which I attach minimal cost.

I anticipate the company will turn a profit (albeit no doubt meager) in 2007 although I will be more certain of that fact when I can interrogate the year ending financials which should be with us in 4 or so months.

Yes, sales of this new iDVD game are not likely to affect this fiscal. I think the interest has been generated in BGT since I believe the RNS to be further confirmation that this new genre of game BGT is pioneering does have a market and is capable of providing the company with a viable revenue stream. In a previous statement, the company indicated that they will push consumer knowledge of this type of product in 2007 and more titles are to follow. With a full compliment of iDVD games in the bag, the company could do very well.

The test of whether this new £4.3Mn Mkt cap is sustainable will be when we learn of who the company is and what they are allowing BGT to use...if this news is positive, I expect a further rise of 5 or so % in anticipation although if I read into your points correctly, I agree it will not be until the company is "showing investors the money" that the sp will truly be secure at any level...
