"the only thing i have learnt recently is not to take to any suggestions made by doctors.frankly they exaggerate minor problems and misdiagnose them. i was suffering from little more than exhasution and fatigue, and perhaps needed to moderate my diet slightly (maybe a few less madeira cakes)".
