I see PANR is the latest in an increasingly long series of highly speculative and overpriced 'E & P' plays to plummet following the discovery that it's oh-so-valuable 100Mb's of 'potential/implied/possible reserves' yield nothing but water or dust.
When are investors and the market going to wake up and see that Sefton HAS the upside, it has unexplored and unquantified leases too, but also has extensive mature fields, PROVEN P1 reserves, and the modern technological know-how to extract large flows of oil from these fields very cheaply and at MINIMAL RISK.
