gartshore np thanks for the comments I agree with you. Liek I said if the management took the shares from this/those so called external no management people then that would be like a share buy back. If they are happy about everything, well I know I'd buy them , especially if I knew in 12 months time they would be worth say 20% more for example. All they need to do is borrow via loan note or something at 7% say to get all the shares, knowing the sp will rise due to thwe demand of the buying anyway, and in 123 months time for example they would make at least 13% profit if they sold the shares back into the market via a broker for example. Now maybe they cannot do this or not allowed to do this, or maybe they think the sp will not rise 10% in the next 12 months. I'll stop now it just peeees me off and I have seen too many times where director buys mean nothing and sp overhangs are internal management with external trusts selling stock because of one or many reasons.
