EB i know what your saying but director buys are not always a positive .. many times directors have purchased stock just to keep the sp up for the time being, god look at evs, the director got the stock at 4 odd pence as he knew the sp was under selling pressure for reasons he knew and no one else knew, only to find two months down the road they suspended and went bust. There are plenty of other companies who have done the same. I guess what I'm sayng is I trust no one, so until we either know who the seller is, or some really really good news comes out I for one will not believe anyone from the management until I see some real evidence that the selling is not something more sinister. I still hold and am still positive just feel the share overhang could have been resolved by a company loan to buy the shares in the short term if they were 10% happy to do so, knowing the company was on a strong footing. Infact why don't they buy the shares knowing the buying is still strong at the moment. I simply just find this an odd situation.
