know all about 4G...my only comment is that the infrastructure roll-out costs will be considerable, and I do beleive will delay launch..however a new video, always on compression standard with packet prioritisation such as the new standard proposes will have a massive impact..handsets are changed on average every 18-24 months..so mass adoption and useage would be incredibly fast and cheap....

Specialised services will sink as fast as the Titanic once this is a reality imho..
