I sit on the boards of Rolls Royce, Siemans, Capital One Bank, in an advisory capacity, as I owned several estate agencies until six years ago, with a view to their rental needs, over future periods of time, with a work force that is always on the move.

ALL companies are terminating their six month shorthold tenancies, BECAUSE they know , they will be able to rent property, cheaper in six months time. I always feel rental properties are a Bell weather of things to come.
