Historical Issue and allotment of shares
Scotty Group Plc today announces that the total number of initial consideration
shares issued with regards to the original purchase of SCOTTY Tele-Transport
Corporation Radio- und Videoelektronik AG by Motion Media PLC, was 262,302,387,
which is 3,878,566 more than the 258,423,821 previously announced on 29 July
2004. These shares have already been issued and allotted.
Application has been made to The London Stock Exchange for the Placing Shares to
be admitted to AIM and they will rank pari passu with the existing shares in
issue.
