This company has worldwide operations; however the Technical Trainer will be located in the Atlanta sales office serving the North and South American market.

Technical Trainer - Telehealth

Job Overview:
The Technical Trainer will be involved in pre and post sales client support.

Responsibilities:
As the Technical Trainer, you will answer technical questions over the phone and travel to support onsite client demos as required. You will also answer technical questions via phone and provide client support and training onsite as required. In the Sales office, the Technical Trainer will work closely with the Sales Account Executives, whose primary responsibility will involve identifying new potential clients. Even though the Technical Trainer will report to the Sales Team, this person will have discretion and latitude in dealing with new and existing clients, arranging their schedule, etc. so professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail are skills that are sought.

REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to organize, lead and coordinate these on-site client visits using the company's products and software and peripheral medical devices, i.e., blood pressure monitor, stethoscope, etc.
• Phone, e-mail and internet based support skills
• PC setup and configuration
• Experience in healthcare field, specifically home telehealth, preferred but not required
• Ability to operate medical devices connected to company's solutions
• Ability to travel 25% - 50%
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment with both co-workers and clients
• Ability to conduct training classes and troubleshoot issues at client location
