I didn't lose too much on this one as I took some profit in the good times and I'm sorry if you did. The fact remains each year you and I were invited to an AGM to elect the companies officers. They cocked it up acting as our representatives, so you did have a hand in it as I did, either by voting for them or abstaining. Regardless of the potential for Foscan, if a company owes £70m but only has promises of a treatment thrown out by the FDA, then you can expect the administraters to move in and act in the best interests of all those who have a claim upon the companies assets. Ordinary shareholders are bottom of that list. Whether we like em or not those are the rules.

I did not have a hand in anything. I bought Dec2000 and they went in Jan2001. I lost £22K. You had a hand in it, I didn't. And I don't agree with your summary either, utter rubbish.
