1D, If we are to belief what is apparantly being released by the administrator, then clearly a class action against Burger and co will succeed!!!he has ,repeatedly, since his appointment given out a differant picture to what is spposedly coming from the administrator,it's more like Enron the more you look at it. I think all shareholders should persue this line, as clearly the CEO has a responsibility to keep the city and it's shareholders updated on any material changes to the company, it appears that he has mislead everyone since his appointment, the question is why, was there another agenda, if so , then it's a criminal act!!!!! and should be investigated!
