Scipher starts the long road back to recovery

hi guys..
i emailed baker tilly and this is the reply i got:

"Your information is correct, the Company has ceased trading and is in
Administrative Receivership. Wavelength Solutions (now called WSL
Realisations Ltd) is also in Administrative Receivership. It is not the
remit of the Administrative Receivers to contact shareholders and advise of
our appointment, however it is advertised in certain papers. We have
recently reported to creditors pursuant to Section 48 of the Insolvency Act
1986, and this has been filed at Companies House. You are able to obtain a
copy from Companies House if you wish (I think they do charge a fee).

It is too early yet to predict the outcome of the Receivership but it is
unlikely that there will be a return to shareholders in this matter.
