Darren - I think you are correct that many have been dissapointed that a full take over hasnt occured and are short term sellers. On the other points I cannot imagine that the current management would have got into a deal which they didnt need at this time with everything going so well. In the longer term I am sure they will be using TW as a way to exit with a good price for their shares.
I joked last week that you must have gone off to sell your shares. I hope you will keep posting and wish you a very happy retirment in Cyprus.
