Vivendi Universal denies any interest in Sci Entertainment

PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 21, 2005--In view of articles published in the UK press, Vivendi Universal (Paris Bourse: EX FP; NYSE: V) denies any interest in Sci Entertainment and also denies having made any offer.
