Well, I get the impression that SCi are going to squeeze out the best possible bid for "their shareholders" (i.e. themselves) so I'm not really expecting a bidding war to ensue if a bid gets recommended by the SCi management.
But this isn't a great time to either be negotiating a deal or sorting out the takevoer details so I don't think it will make much of a difference except generally slowing things down.
L2 looking strong but also volumes quite low and things a bit cagey given the price moves. My hope for the day will be that £6 holds on decent volume but I'm watching, not selling/buying.
