If the shares motor another penny or so I fancy the LSE will force an announcement.
I RE-ITERATE FROM PREVIOUS POSTS - A sale of the records division is likely to raise circa £45-50m (conservative) which will wipe out net debt and leave a business with sales going forward of approx £85m making potentially EBITDA of £8-13m. A fair valuation for this is about 5 times = £40 - 65m = 18-25p.
Lets not be silly with talk of 40p!!!!
