LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) -- Texas rockers ZZ Top have signed on for management with Carl Stubner at Sanctuary Artist Management. The news of the agreement ends months of speculation following the conclusion of the band’s decades-long association with their former management.
