Just look at the increase in expenses from 2003 to 2004 !!

If SGP can get expenses down to 2003 levels i.e. £143m (adjusted for inflation) then on a turnover of say £170m (i.e. ditch Urban) the operating profit would be around £27m.

This would be enough to pay the interest and pay back some of the loan.

To do this SGP need to act a bit more business like with their artists (i.e. less money up front etc).
