The FSA have indicated that they no longer have any interest in the RSV case Anom. The logical conclusion therefore is that the FSA have confirmed that the allegations of market abuse against Shore Capital and Winterfloods are false. Perpetuating false claims would be foolish.
However, if you want to perpetuate a conspiracy theory then sobeit, it's of no consequence to me. But your conspiracy theory clearly does not fit the facts and the longer that you waste your money dragging this out the more of a bad loser you look.
It strikes me that this action group has failed to meet its objectives and that this matter is now closed (as the FSA state), consequently I do not expect to have a reason to revisit this board.
