the selective blindness i referred to earlier appears to be increasing!!
I have proposed an second alternative scenario. That is not being "selectively blind", if anything it is bringing more light. The action group has a closed mind vigilante attitude that has decided that it must be the MMs that are at fault and so they should be hung drawn and quartered from the nearest lamp-post.
You yourself seem determined to condemn the MMS and claim that it MUST be them at fault. But you have no evidence to support your theory other than the evidence that the action group has selectively gathered to support its own theory. It just so happens that the evidence also fits an alternative theory - ie that the MMs had covered their short position be buying stock from a third party that has failed to deliver to them.
Of course I have no evidence to support my theory as well, but you will note that it fits the fact pattern much better than the action group's theory (Shore Capital state that they have no "position" in the stock). At the moment I'm keeping an open mind, after all that is the very basis of natural justice, which is what an enlightened (non-viligante) mind seeks.
