anom, i'm sure if i looked hard enough that i could find a charge to bring against you and others who persist on claiming that i work for a mm or an associated company. im not sure that your action group would be able to afford much in the way of compensation though as you will all be out of pocket by jan 14th if you don't accept the lse deal. you can contact whatever bodies of people you like but im sure clem would roll around the floor laughing if he was asked to supply my details as a possible mm who uses his boards to mislead mug punters like yourself. on the contrary, if you look back to the start of this debacle you will see that i was advising an 'avoid' on this share. if i remember rightly without checking i was very persistant in claiming this share was a dog and that you would all lose your money if you bought, whereas you and others were misleading people with your blatant ramping and pipedreams that rsv was going to make you all rich. im sure the fsa would like to investigate these misleading ramping claims that you started out on.
